Since working with Sales Concepts, we ask a lot of questions, and we listen more than we talk. Once, we called on a hospital that was looking for an IP telephony system. We simply asked them about their business and worked to uncover their challenges—and they gave us the exact information that helped us win their business. We addressed what they said they needed in our proposal, rather than assuming we knew what they might need. Afterwards, they let us know that we earned their business because we listened better than our competitors. We demonstrated our value.
