All participants under contract have access to our staff of phone coaches (from 8:30 to 5:30 each day). Clients need not wait until their next class or MyCrosschecks session to ask questions or prepare for important prospect conversations and appointments.

Additionally, when clients have questions which are not on topic for a given workshop, phone coaching is an easy alternative to receive more immediate assistance. Phone coaching sessions vary from minutes to sometimes hours depending on the complexity of the scenario and number of questions the customer may have. Sales Concepts also has the ability to record all Phone Coaching sessions to enhance and share the learning from each call.
